If you are looking for information about a specific case, and do not have a case number, please contact the clerk's office at the court where your case was filed. You may find court phone numbers and addresses here. Simply scroll down to the appropriate court.

If you are requesting copies, a written request can be submitted to the court location the case was filed in. Include a check or money order made payable to The Superior Court of California/ County of Alameda not to exceed $35.00 with a self addressed, stamped envelope for reply. (I indicated $35.00 because I do not know how much it would be. Leave the amount blank but write on the check Not to Exceed $35.00 or the amount you feel it may be) You may find court phone numbers and addresses here. Simply scroll down to the appropriate court.

Restricted or limited case information: Criminal case information is not available from the Domain Web. You must contact the Criminal Department for this information. No information is available on Mental Health or Adoptions cases. For Family Law cases, the Register of Actions without document images is available from the Domain Web. For Probate cases, the only image available from the Domain Web is the Probate Examiner's Checklist.
