The East County Hall of Justice (Dublin) will be closed today due to a power outage and failure of a backup generator. All criminal hearings and appearances have been postponed to this afternoon and may be relocated to the a different courthouse. All TRAFFIC matters are being relocated to the Fremont Hall of Justice at 39439 Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont. If you have a traffic matter scheduled for the East County Hall of Justice today, please report to the Fremont Hall of Justice.
All felony in-custody matters that were scheduled in Department 702 this morning, February 26, 2025, have been moved to Department 11 at the Rene C. Davidson Courthouse in Oakland at 1:00 PM. Similarly, all misdemeanor in-custody matters that were scheduled in Department 712 this morning, February 25, 2025, have been relocated to Department 2 at the Rene C. Davidson Courthouse at 1:00 PM. Please plan accordingly.
All out-of-custody matters will be continued and no appearance is required.
