Service Alert:

The Court’s online, Look up Or Pay Your Traffic Ticket System and Traffic Pay-by-Phone (IVR) will be unavailable from Friday, April 18 at 9:00 p.m. to Saturday, April 19 at 6:00 p.m. due to maintenance. During this time, you will not be able to search or pay traffic citations. Services will resume after maintenance is complete.

Volunteer Information Officers

Volunteer Information Officers serve an important role in improving public access to the Court. The Court currently has volunteer information centers at five court locations:

If you are interested in volunteering at any court site, please contact the Court Volunteer Program Coordinator at volunteer@alameda.courts.ca.gov or (510) 647-4421. All volunteers are provided with an orientation program as well as strong support from the court staff.
