Digital Evidence Portal

The Court has implemented a portal for the submission of electronic evidence in Small Claims departments.  Please note that this service is optional and only available for the departments listed below.

Small Claims

Small claims departments permit all evidence to be submitted electronically via the portal, instead of needing to submit directly to the department. Department instructions for Department 519 and Department 105 can be found here.

To preserve a record of your evidence, the court recommends you save a copy of your electronic evidence. The court will not retain any evidence after the case has concluded.

Access the Portal

To access your case through the digital evidence portal, you will need your case number.

For the best experience, utilize a desktop computer or laptop and the Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser.
