Si la corte no ha asignado su caso a un departamento del calendario judicial civil directo, entonces su caso será gestionado en el Departamento 511 en el Palacio de Justicia de Hayward.
Unlawful Detainer/Eviction Cases
Unlawful Detainer cases are assigned to Department 511 located at the Hayward Hall of Justice.
Applications for Stay of Evictions can be filed at the court locations that accept civil filings.

The Court will decide on the Stay of Eviction without a court hearing.
