- 信托管理相关申请；
- 监护人及监管人核算单的审查；
- 有关遗嘱、信托及授权书的争议；以及
- 依据《遗嘱认证法》可能产生的其他事项。
提交
遗嘱认证文件仅能提交至Berkeley法院的书记员办公室。为了纳入考量范围，所有文件应于听证会日期前的两个法庭日前提交。
